"If you've bought a house, then you know that you end up spending a LOT of time with your realtor - on the phone, over email, and standing around an empty house with other realtors. Carolyn made all those moments enjoyable! My wife and I could not have asked for a better person to guide us through our first purchase, with kindness, humor, honesty, and excitement. Carolyn was quick to jump on new listings, and kept up with our drive to find a new house quickly. When challenges came up with financing or permits, she dug in and brought us solutions, demonstrating her knowledge of the business and her inherent intuition. It's a 10 out of 10 for us, and, if we had enough money to buy another house, Carolyn would be our first call!"

"My husband and I were looking for an investment property and Carolyn guided us through the process start to finish. She is very knowledgable but most importantly patient! She helped us win an offer on the first property we bid on, but we ended up pulling out for personal reason. However she stuck with us and we ended up finding the perfect property. Thank you so much Carolyn!!"

"Carolyn helped us sell a home we loved, and buy a home we love just as much.
She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for, and worked relentlessly until we found it!"

Working with Carolyn has been an absolute gift. She is smart, thorough, and endlessly dedicated, but what sets her apart is how deeply she listens and truly understands what you need. Carolyn worked tirelessly on my behalf, anticipating challenges before they arose and guiding me with clarity and patience at every step. I always felt cared for, supported, and confident knowing she had my back. She’s not only a remarkable Real estate agent, but also someone who genuinely invests in her clients’ happiness. I can’t recommend her enough.
